How to access your group

Your provider sends you an invitation via email and/or text to join Starting Out Strong's Mighty Network. Use your phone camera to scan the QR code (black and white square) to link directly to your group.

Follow the instructions to become a member by creating your account. You're now a member of the group!

Download the app from your phone app store. You'll be allowed to access the group because you're already a member.

Check out all the different sections by clicking on the page menu located at the top left corner. On the day of your scheduled group appointment, click on Events link to join your live virtual group via the Zoom link.
